IAM Client Development Manager - Austin, TX
Full Time. Requires Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering or any related technical degree. 5 years of experience as a Sr. Software Engineer, Team Lead and/or related. Must have at least 2 years of experience with the following skills or tools: C++; C#/WPF/XAML; Identity and Access Management or Single Sign On Development; Application development for Windows for Windows logon and Active Directory; UI Automation and Accessibility; SAML and Open ID protocols.

Oversee design and development of new features in the IAM (Identity and Access Management/Single Sign On) client components of Softex software products. Set the plan, goals, and objectives for the development and QA team; define roles and responsibilities, direct resource allocation and track performance. Define and implement standard development and testing methodologies and processes for IAM client software components of Softex’s products; mentor the software development and Quality Assurance teams on product vision, new technologies and testing strategies. Work with marketing and sales teams to establish software requirements for IAM client components of Softex software products. Track software issues reported by QA teams and customers and ensure that these issues are assigned to appropriate software engineers. Oversee development of software fixes in the IAM client components of Softex software products. Develop and establish testing plans to ensure the functionality, reliability and quality of IAM client software components of Softex software products; direct execution of established testing plans by engineers ensuring these plans are carried out to achieve maximum product quality. Develop and establish security penetration testing procedures and oversee execution of security testing of IAM client software components of Softex software Products.
